Your current health condition, i.e. Vikriti, will also be examined. You will receive practical lifestyle tips and recommendations on diet and eating habits. You will also receive recommendations regarding herbs and supplements that will support your body in returning to balance. You will learn what breathing exercises are good for you and what physical activity will be most supportive for you.
